We are committed to bringing you the most affordable photography gear on the market. We know that what matters to you most is great products as well as attentive service.

If you have any concerns about a DSLR WAREHOUSE products, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we welcome you to contact us.

You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us" page. To expedite your request, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days!

When to Expect Your order

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 12 PM CST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.  If we run out of stock on certain items, we sometimes use 3rd party vendors to send you the product in a timely manner.

Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.

Our Return Policy

We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site at dslrwarehouse.com  within 30 days of purchase.

Returns are only accepted in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.

If your product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

If your DSLR WAREHOUSE products were purchased from a third-party retailer, we respectfully request that they be returned to us directly at the address listed below:

Please note: DSLR WAREHOUSE offers standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we are unable to refund return shipping fees.

How to Return an Order.

If you wish to return a product purchased from our web site at www.dslrwarehouse.com, please contact us at dslrwarehouse@gmail.com. We will process your request and provide you with a return form that we will ask you complete and include with your return.

Please use the original packaging,.

Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

For your protection, and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend that you send your return via UPS or insured USPS Parcel Post and retain the receipt for your records.

Please note: DSLRWAREHOUSE, is not responsible for return postage, the cost of insurance, or lost or undelivered items.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund.

Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time the returned package is received by us.

Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know we’ve received your package and are processing your refund.

We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
